Waverley Station is 5 minutes away on foot, and the Airlink bus from the airport stops around the corner, making airport transfers straightforward. The immediate surroundings are lively: there is a pub directly below the building, with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops within 0.5 km. The area is pedestrian-friendly and well-served by public transport, so a car is not necessary for exploring the city.

The apartments are housed in a historic New Town building and have been renovated to a modern, clean standard. Rooms feature high ceilings and large living areas with a dining table and comfortable seating. The bedroom contains a double bed (120 cm wide), which is on the narrower side for two people, and a sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The kitchen is well-equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, electric kettle, and tea and coffee-making facilities. A flat-screen TV with Netflix is provided. The bathroom has a spacious shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. Due to the building's age, windows are single-glazed, and draughts can occur. Noise from the street and from the pub below (with live music until late) is a known characteristic; rooms at the front of the building are more affected. Apartments are on the first floor without a lift.

A bar is located within the building.
