The Monti neighbourhood is residential yet central, with a metro station providing easy access to the Vatican. Many restaurants, cafés, and a well-stocked supermarket are within a 5-minute walk. Taxis to Ciampino Airport cost around €40 with a fixed-rate service.

Units range from one-bedroom apartments for couples or small families to larger two- and three-bedroom apartments sleeping up to seven. Most apartments have 2 bathrooms, with a bathtub or shower. Kitchens include a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven or microwave, and a coffee machine-capsules are provided to get started. The sofa bed in the living area is larger than standard and comfortable. Some apartments feature a private balcony or terrace. The accommodation has been renovated, feels bright and modern, and many rooms benefit from high ceilings and natural light. Road-facing rooms can be exposed to some street noise, but the overall feel is quiet.

There is no restaurant or bar at the property, so all meals are self-catered. Each apartment is stocked with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven or microwave, and basic cookware/kitchenware-enough for light meal preparation. Several well-rated restaurants (Diadema, Al Boschetto, Trattoria Da Valentino) and a supermarket are within 300 metres, offering plenty of dining variety just outside the door. Coffee, tea, and dishwashing supplies are provided to get started.

No on-site leisure facilities are available. The Monti district itself offers a lively atmosphere with vintage shops, cafés, and bars. All major sights-Colosseum, Forum Romanum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon-are reachable on foot in 10-20 minutes.

Wi-Fi is free in all areas. A lift serves the upper floors, but the building entrance has a flight of stairs. Luggage storage is available in an office in the same building from 09:30 to 18:00. An airport shuttle can be arranged for an additional fee. A concierge service is offered, and key access is used for security. The front desk is open from 09:30 to 18:00; after-hours communication is via WhatsApp and is typically very responsive. The staff can provide local recommendations and help arrange airport transfer reservations.
