MONUMENTALE M5 APT - 6 OSPITI & FAMIGLIE CON 2 BAGNI E SUITE, Milan

The apartment sits in a residential yet well-connected area. A tram stop and subway station are both about a 4-minute walk, making the city centre reachable in 15 minutes by metro. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and practical for families. Nearby conveniences include an Aldi supermarket 50 metres away, plus at least eight restaurants, bars, and cafes within a 5-minute walk. The property is off a quiet inner courtyard, so street noise is minimal. Parking is not on-site - aim to find a public spot on the same street or use public transport, which is frequent and efficient.

The unit is in the basement but has been completely renovated and feels fresh and spacious. It contains one separate bedroom with a king-size bed, plus two sofa beds (one in the master suite, one in the living room). There are two full bathrooms - a real advantage for groups or families. The living room includes a dining table and a comfortable seating area. The apartment is equipped with soundproof walls, air conditioning, heating, and ironing facilities. The garden-facing position keeps the rooms quiet, and the layout is generous enough to avoid feeling cramped even at full occupancy.

The kitchen includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle, and all necessary cookware and utensils. This makes it straightforward to prepare meals for the whole group. The apartment is also a two-minute walk from an Aldi supermarket and surrounded by at least eight restaurants, bars, and cafes within 300 - serving a range of Italian and international food. For those who prefer ready-made meals, the minimarket on site and nearby shops provide easy alternatives.

The property does not offer dedicated wellness or leisure facilities such as a pool, spa, or fitness centre. However, the apartment is located within a quiet courtyard with a pleasant shared garden area that provides a relaxing outdoor space. For recreation, the nearby areas - Arena Civica, CityLife, and Fiera Milano - offer parks, shopping, and cultural activities within walking or short public-transport distance.

The apartment provides free high-speed Wi-Fi in all areas, accessible parking nearby (not on-site, with charges), and an electric vehicle charging station. Services include a paid airport shuttle (pick-up/drop-off available), private check-in/check-out, and invoice provision. Practical extras include a minimarket on site, a barber/beauty shop, and a designated smoking area. Safety is covered by key card and key access. The staff are responsive and handle everything online, with clear instructions provided before arrival.
