Units vary from compact studios to duplex apartments with a separate bedroom and a sleeping loft. Each includes a private bathroom with shower and free toiletries, a kitchen with stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee machine, plus a dining area, seating area with flat-screen TV, and washing machine. Some apartments have a tiled floor and a mezzanine bed with low ceiling access. The sofa bed in the living area may feel less comfortable for adults. The building has a lift.
