LITTLE PALACE, Nice

The hotel sits in a central yet relatively quiet street within walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais (8 minutes), Place Masséna (1 km), and a wealth of restaurants within 200-500 m. The nearest tram stop Jean Medecin or Alsace Lorraine is 300 m away, providing a direct 30-minute route to Nice Côte d'Azur Airport and easy access to the city centre. The neighbourhood is safe and convenient for exploring on foot or by public transport. For those arriving by car, street parking is available and paid during the day, with an underground car park nearby.

Rooms vary in size - some are compact with basic furnishings, while others are spacious and bright with a balcony or a large bathroom with a bathtub. Beds are comfortable with quality mattresses. Each room includes a private bathroom with a bath or shower (some with a walk-in shower), free toiletries, and a hairdryer available on request. Although the building has soundproofed rooms, noise from other rooms or the street can be an issue at times; requesting a quieter room - on a higher floor away from the street - or a ground-floor unit (if stairs are a concern) is advisable. Some rooms have a small balcony (without seating) and a safety deposit box in the bathroom. Daily housekeeping is included and most rooms are kept clean and tidy.

The hotel does not offer breakfast or a restaurant, but each room has an electric kettle and fridge, making it easy to prepare simple meals or drinks. A supermarket (Lidl or Monoprix) is within a few minutes' walk for supplies. Numerous restaurants serving a variety of cuisines are within 200-300 m, including Le Vanillier, L'antica, and Le 49 Street, among others, providing ample choice for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The area is well-served by cafés and eateries suitable for a casual meal or a more formal dinner.

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms, although signal strength can occasionally be weaker in some parts of the room. The hotel provides 24-hour security with CCTV, a safety deposit box in the room or bathroom, and key-access entry. After reception closes, entry is via a code that is communicated in advance. Luggage storage is available free of charge for early arrivals or late departures. The reception is staffed during the day but not 24 hours; late check-in requires advance notice. No parking is provided on-site, but paid street parking (8:00-19:00) and an underground car park are nearby. Services include an iMac computer in the lobby, an electric kettle and fridge in each room, and daily housekeeping.
