APPART'HOTEL ODALYS CITY - NICE CENTRE, Nice

The apartment hotel is in a quiet residential street near the city centre, with the beach and Promenade des Anglais an 800-metre walk away. Jean-Médecin Tramway Station and Masséna Square are 1 km away, placing main shopping streets and Old Town within a 15-minute walk. Nice Ville train station is a 5-minute walk, providing direct links to Cannes, Monaco and the airport. Two supermarkets and several bakeries are within a 2-minute walk, and the surrounding area has many cafés and restaurants. The location is convenient for car-free exploration, with tram line 2 from the airport stopping at Alsace-Lorraine station nearby.

Accommodation ranges from studios to one-bedroom apartments, all air-conditioned and soundproofed. Each unit has a private bathroom with bath or shower, a TV, and a kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, and cookware. Some apartments are duplexes with a separate bedroom and lounge. Room sizes vary: single studios are compact with a narrow layout, while larger apartments offer more space. Some rooms open onto a carpark or have limited natural light; others have a small balcony but allocation is random. Beds are often two single mattresses pushed together, and mattress firmness varies. Noise can travel through thin walls, so lighter sleepers may want a quiet-facing room.

The hotel serves a daily buffet breakfast in a dedicated breakfast room, offering bread, pastries, butter, jam, ham, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, hot drinks, and juice. The spread is basic but adequate; however, fresh fruit and savoury options are limited, and the quality can be inconsistent. Breakfast times are fixed and not flexible, so early departures or work schedules may make it impractical. For fuller or more varied meals, the fully equipped kitchenette in each room allows self-catering using groceries from nearby supermarkets. There is no on-site restaurant or bar, but many restaurants and cafés are within a 2-5 minute walk.

WiFi is free throughout the property, though its reliability can vary. A lift serves all floors. Luggage storage is available free of charge during reception hours (08:00-12:00 and 15:00-19:00), which is useful for early arrivals or late departures. Private parking is on site and secure but must be reserved in advance (€10 per day or €55 per week); large vehicles may not fit, so confirm dimensions before arriving. Pets are permitted at an additional charge of €10 per pet per night. Baby cots and baby equipment can be rented. The reception is staffed limited hours, but late-arrival procedures are available by contacting the hotel beforehand. Key-card access and CCTV provide security.
