The property is situated 21 km from Fiumicino Airport and a 16-minute walk from Roma Trastevere Train Station, which provides direct train connections to the airport. Bus and tram stops are literally at the doorstep, offering frequent services that reach the historic center and the Vatican in about 30-40 minutes. The neighborhood is peaceful yet well-served, with a supermarket, cafés, pizzerias, and several highly-rated restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The Roman Forum is 4 km away, and Piazza Navona is 6 km from the B&B.

The B&B offers recently renovated family rooms, each with a private bathroom featuring a shower, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries. Rooms come with a desk, dining table, sofa, wardrobe, and a tea and coffee maker. Some rooms have a private bathroom located across the hall, with a personal key for privacy.
