NU Sentral shopping mall and the monorail station are just a few minutes on foot. Petronas Twin Towers and Suria KLCC are 4 km away, while Istana Negara Malaysia Palace is only 800 metres from the hotel. For transit users, the location is one of the most convenient in Kuala Lumpur, but street noise from nearby vendors is common, especially in the early morning.

Room types include double, twin, triple, and quadruple configurations, all featuring tiled or marble flooring, a desk, and an electric kettle with instant coffee and tea.
