Heathrow is a 40-minute tube ride or 15 minutes via the Heathrow Express from Paddington. London's main attractions, Kensington Palace, the Royal Albert Hall, and Holland Park are within a short walk or brief tube journey. The hotel sits above vibrant Earl's Court with numerous restaurants, shops, and bars, plus several chain eateries directly adjacent.

Room types include Single (11.6 m2), Double & Twin (15.8 m2), Double for single use, and Deluxe Double & Triple (27.3 m2). All rooms have an en-suite bathroom, towels, toiletries, hair dryer, LCD TV, fridge, safe, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms offer a separate seating area with a sofa (Deluxe Double) or beds accommodating up to three. Triple rooms contain either three single beds or one double and one single.
