St Peter's Square is 2 km away and the Vatican is 2 km from the property. The nearest metro station is a 4-minute walk (about 15 minutes to the city centre), and the area is well served by buses. Fiumicino Airport is 28 km away; the property can arrange a paid shuttle. Multiple restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within 0.5 km. The neighbourhood is safe and many major attractions can be reached on foot within 25-30 minutes.

The property offers a range of rooms - double, triple, quadruple and family rooms - all with private bathroom (shower, bidet, hairdryer, free toiletries) and air conditioning. Room sizes vary, with some spacious enough for a family of 5. Certain rooms have a balcony overlooking the Vatican Museums. Beds are generally comfortable, though some double rooms use two single mattresses stacked. The accommodation style is basic and functional - there are no chairs or tables in all rooms, no full kitchen, and limited crockery. Noise from the street and from neighbouring rooms can be an issue, so light sleepers should request a quieter room and keep windows closed. Some rooms have blackout curtains; others do not. A cot can be provided on request.
