Vatican City, including St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums, is within a 10-minute walk. Ciampino Airport is 17 km away, and Fiumicino Airport is accessible by train or shuttle. The Prati neighbourhood is known for its safe, tree-lined streets, boutique shopping, and a wide array of dining options-from traditional trattorias to modern cafés-all within a few blocks. Many of Rome's major sights, such as Castel Sant'Angelo and Piazza Navona, are reachable on foot or via a short metro ride.

Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a minibar, and a private bathroom with shower, bidet, and free toiletries. A tea and coffee maker is provided, along with a wardrobe and work desk. Air conditioning and heating are standard. While the rooms are advertised as soundproofed, some internal noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms may be heard, particularly near the reception area.
