The nearest LRT station is connected to Sunway Putra Mall, making it straightforward to reach Batu Caves or the city centre. Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport is 25 km away. The building can be confusing to navigate on foot - the main lobby is on the 4th floor, and the ground floor is accessed via a carpark lift. For car-free travel, the metro is practical, while Grab rides to the city cost around 10-20 MYR.

A range of apartments is available: 1-bedroom studios, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom, and larger configurations sleeping up to 19 people (including futons). All units include air conditioning, a washing machine, ironing facilities, an electric kettle, and a TV with Netflix. Kitchens come with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and cookware. Bathrooms have a bidet. The apartment you receive is randomly assigned within your chosen room type, and the actual condition may vary - some units feel older and may have worn furniture. Noise from the street and other rooms can be an issue, particularly for light sleepers. Road-facing rooms are less suitable for those sensitive to traffic sounds. A specific view unit can be requested: KLCC, KL City View, Kenny Hill, or Courtyard.

Teh Tarik Place, a family-friendly restaurant on the property, serves Malaysian cuisine for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. Halal options are available. There are two outdoor pools: a family-friendly pool on the 5th floor and an infinity pool on the 37th floor offering panoramic city views, including the Petronas Towers. The 37th-floor infinity pool does not permit children under 12. A fitness centre is also available. The pool areas can feel run-down and busy, and the lift wait times can be long during peak hours.
