NEL SOLE APPARTAMENTI, Bologna

The apartments sit on a quiet street lined with restaurants and bars, yet remain within a 10-15 minute stroll of Piazza Maggiore and the cathedral. Bologna Centrale Station is 900 metres away, reachable in about 15 minutes on foot or by the bus that stops directly in front of the building. This central spot provides easy access to the historic centre, the university area, and the stadium. The neighbourhood is well served by supermarkets, shops, and a public car park 2 minutes away, making it a practical base for both sightseeing and short business stays.

Accommodation ranges from studios to two-bedroom apartments, all with private bathrooms (some with walk-in shower and bidet) and free toiletries. Each unit features a kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, cookware, and utensils, plus a dining area. Some apartments add an oven, dishwasher, washing machine, or a sofa bed. The interiors are clean and well-maintained, with parquet floors and modern furnishings. Balconies or terraces are available in select apartments, offering outdoor space to relax. Rooms are quiet overall, though those overlooking the restaurant-lined street may notice some evening activity; double-glazed windows help filter sound. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning support a restful sleep.

The property does not operate its own restaurant or serve breakfast, but every apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchenette - including a stovetop, refrigerator, kettle, cookware, and utensils, with some units also offering a dishwasher and oven - making self-catering straightforward. The immediate neighbourhood is rich with dining options: over a dozen trattorias, pizzerias, and restaurants (including Trattoria dal Biassanot, Donatello, and Ristorante Cinese Jasmine) are within a 3-minute walk. Several supermarkets (like Conad) are also within a few minutes' walk for groceries.

The apartments do not offer on-site wellness or leisure amenities such as a spa, pool, gym, or sauna. However, the location in the historic centre puts major sights and parks (Parco della Montagnola) a short walk away, providing ample opportunity for cultural and outdoor leisure. For thermal baths, the Terme complex is approximately a 5-minute walk from the property.

Wi-Fi is free and reliable throughout the building. Pets are allowed with additional charges. The host provides clear self check-in instructions and is easily reachable via WhatsApp, often responding quickly. Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is available upon request. The property issues invoices. Safety equipment includes fire extinguishers. Accessible parking and an electric vehicle charging station are nearby. There is no lift, so the second-floor apartments require climbing stairs.
