NETS INN APARTMENTS - LA COULEE VERTE, Paris

The address is a 4-minute walk from Gare de Lyon station (metro, RER, and TGV), providing direct rail connections to all major Paris attractions and airports. Gare d'Austerlitz is also nearby. The area is well served by public transport - metro line 1 runs to many sights (Louvre at 4 km, Notre-Dame at 3 km) within a short ride. The neighbourhood is lively, with a supermarket (Carrefour, Aldi) within a few minutes' walk, a Sunday market, and numerous restaurants such as L'Europeen and La Promenade along the same street. Paris Orly Airport is 17 km away; CDG is about 45 minutes by train. The location is rated very highly for its convenience to the station and city centre.

Accommodation options range from studios to two-bedroom apartments. Each unit includes a private bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware, plus a coffee machine in some units. The living area features a flat-screen TV with streaming services, air conditioning, and parquet flooring. Bedrooms are compact: there is no wardrobe or storage space for luggage, so suitcases must stay on the floor. The sofa bed in the living room may take up most of the floor space when open, restricting movement. Some apartments have a main room air conditioner that may not effectively cool the bedrooms. Windows in some units face an internal hallway or a light well, meaning limited natural light and potential light intrusion from hallway sensor lights at night. Room sizes range from very compact (around 30 m2 for a two-room unit) to small. The accommodation is best suited for short stays of 1-3 nights, rather than longer trips where storage and space become an issue.

There is no breakfast or restaurant service at this property. All dining is self-catered using the kitchenette (stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, kitchenware) or by eating out. The immediate area around Gare de Lyon has a wide selection of restaurants - at least eight within 300 metres, including L'Europeen, La Promenade, and King Marcel Paris Gare de Lyon, offering French and international cuisine. Supermarkets such as Carrefour and Aldi are also within a minute's walk, making it easy to buy groceries for simple meals. For a fuller morning meal, several cafes and bakeries (e.g., Cafe Minute Papillon) are nearby. The apartments do not have a dishwasher or washing machine, so longer stays require hand-washing dishes.

Wi-Fi is available free throughout the property. Check-in is via a digital key code, enabling express check-in from 15:00 and express check-out by 11:00. A lift is present. Housekeeping is provided but does not include automatic towel replacement - extra towels or toilet paper may require a request, and additional charges apply for towel changes. There is no luggage storage facility. Parking is not available on-site; nearby public parking can be found via online services but is not guaranteed. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is prohibited throughout. Safety features include CCTV in common areas and fire extinguishers. A hairdryer is provided in the apartment. The property has no reception desk after hours, but the digital key allows 24/7 access - phone support is available for issues.
