An ice-skating rink is nearby, and several supermarkets, bakeries, playgrounds and restaurants are within a 5-minute walk. The U1 line runs directly to Stephansplatz and the historic centre, and the nearby tram and bus network provides additional connections. On-site parking is not available, but the P+R Favoriten garage (2 metro stops away) charges around €8-10 per day; street parking is free on weekends and public holidays. The area is lively and multicultural, but the apartment itself is on a relatively quiet street.

The apartment sleeps up to six people across three beds: two double king-size beds in the living room and one double bed in a separate bedroom.
