The loft is a single open-plan space with the double bed on a mezzanine accessed by steep stairs. A sofa bed in the living area adds sleeping for two, and the unit has a flat-screen TV, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning, heating, and a tea and coffee maker. The bathroom includes a shower and free toiletries. The design is minimalist and distinctive but the stairs to the mezzanine are steep and may not suit anyone with reduced mobility. The property is on the ground floor. Best for couples or small groups on a short city break.

The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, kitchenware, and an electric kettle, making it easy to prepare meals. A supermarket is a few minutes away for groceries.
