Santa Maria Maggiore is 1.5km away, and the Colosseum is reachable in three metro stops. Walking times: Trevi Fountain about 20minutes, Spanish Steps 25minutes. Termini station provides direct rail links to airports and the rest of Rome. The area is well-lit and feels secure even at night, making it suitable for solo travellers.

All rooms include free toiletries, hairdryer, and soundproof walls (though some internal noise from hallways is possible). Room types: double (1 large bed), quadruple (1 double + 1 bunk bed, plus a kitchenette with fridge and microwave), and a suite (1 bedroom + 1 bathroom + 3 beds). Some rooms have a balcony. Decor is basic; bathrooms may show wear (e.g. loose tiles, mould) and cleaning standards vary. For light sleepers, a room away from the street and a sleep mask are advisable. The quadruple room is compact for four adults; families with small children find it adequate. Kitchenettes are available only in selected quadruple rooms; all guests share a common area with a kettle, coffee machine, and water dispenser.
