PALAZZO BELLI ROMA, Rome

The Policlinico metro stop (line B) is just 50 metres from the entrance, placing the Colosseum, Termini station, and central attractions within a few minutes by train. Termini is 2 km away (a 15-minute walk or 2 metro stops), while Ciampino Airport is 24 km away. The neighbourhood is residential and safe, with a large supermarket next door, several cafés, bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk, and an ice-skating rink nearby. Electric car charging points are a few metres away. Street parking is available in the evening but filling during the day; the reserved on-site parking is the most reliable car option.

The apartments come in two configurations: a one-bedroom unit with a double sofa bed in the living room (sleeps 4), and a two-bedroom unit (sleeps 5) with a balcony. Both feature a private entrance, parquet flooring, a dressing area or walk-in wardrobe, and modern minimalist furniture. Each room has its own air conditioning unit and internal shutters that effectively block out street noise. Beds are comfortable and spacious, with pristine white bedding and ample towels. The kitchen includes a stovetop, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, and all utensils; a washing machine, iron, and drying rack make longer stays easy. The windows are well soundproofed, keeping the apartment quiet despite its position near a roundabout.

Wi-Fi is free and strong throughout all apartments. Check-in is handled via a self-service code system, with instructions sent the day before - it works reliably even after midnight. Luggage storage lockers are free and available 24 hours inside the building, perfect for late flights. The paid airport shuttle starts from €65 and varies with passenger count and time. Private parking on site costs €30 per day and must be reserved. Additional services include express check-in/out, bicycle parking, and a paid tour or class about local culture. The building features CCTV, a coded entrance for security, and a fire extinguisher in the common area. The management is responsive and can provide restaurant and sightseeing recommendations.

Leisure facilities on site are limited, but the area offers an ice-skating rink as a nearby attraction. For relaxation, the terrace and balcony provide a private outdoor space. The neighbourhood itself is pleasant for walks, with Villa Borghese 2 km away and easy metro access to all of Rome's cultural and entertainment venues.
