NICE LIVINGS LAZZARONI, Milan

Nice Livings Lazzaroni is centrally positioned in Milan, just a short walk from Milano Centrale station, providing direct metro, train, and airport bus links. The Milan Fashion District is 2 km away, and Brera is 2 km away. Arena Civica and Villa Necchi Campiglio are both 2 km from the property, and Milan Linate Airport is 7 km away. The surrounding area is quiet and fashionable, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket within a few minutes' walk. Street parking is also available outside the building, and the Duomo is just 4 metro stops away.

Accommodation options include a Standard Double Room (no kitchen) and a One-Bedroom House for up to 4 guests (with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the living room). The holiday homes feature a fully equipped kitchen with a stovetop, oven, refrigerator, and kitchenware. All units are air-conditioned, have a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a shower and bidet. Some units are on the ground floor, which can be convenient but also means higher noise from the building entrance and street. Soundproofing is minimal, and rooms near the entrance may hear other residents coming and going. The interior is functional and clean, though some fittings may appear dated. For a quieter stay, consider requesting a room away from the front entrance if available.

The property does not have its own restaurant, bar, or breakfast service. However, the surrounding area - within a 300-500 metre walk - offers a wide variety of dining options, including Quintessenza Coffee Break & Fine Food, Clash Restaurant, Il Cerchio, Pizzeria Gioia 53, and several other restaurants. The fully equipped kitchen in the holiday home units makes self-catering convenient. A large supermarket is also located just a block away.
