NIGHTS IN ROME, Rome

The property occupies the 5th floor of a historic building just off Via Cavour, putting the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and many main sights within a 20-minute walk or a short metro ride. Termini station gives direct trains to Fiumicino Airport (30 minutes) and a bus to the airport stops across the street. Several restaurants, cafés and a supermarket are within 0.5 km. The neighbourhood is central yet the 5th-floor rooms remain quiet, away from street noise. Public parking costs €25/day nearby (no reservation possible).

Rooms are individually styled with terracotta floors and include a minibar, free toiletries, bathrobe and hairdryer. A kettle for coffee, tea and herbal teas is provided. Some rooms have a skylight rather than a window; rooms facing the 5th floor are quiet. Twin beds can be pushed together only in certain room configurations - confirm at booking. The bathroom has a small step from the room, and the lift is compact. Rooms are cleaned daily, but towels are refreshed every three days.

Breakfast includes a croissant, toast, yoghurt, fruit juice, milk, jam and Nutella in individual packages, with instant coffee and tea. The meal can be eaten in the room, on the shared sun terrace, or taken to go. The property has no restaurant, but several dining options are within a 3-minute walk. Breakfast can be ordered to the room.

Services include private check-in/out, daily housekeeping and luggage storage - all free of charge. The lift is small and has limited wheelchair compatibility (confirm dimensions with the property). No cots or baby equipment are available. Payment is by cash or major cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Maestro, CartaSi). Late check-in (after 20:00) requires advance arrangement and an additional fee. A designated smoking area is provided, but rooms are smoke-free.
