NUEVOS DUPLEX PRINCIPE VERGARA, Madrid

Units are duplex layouts with one living room, from one to two separate bedrooms, and two to three full bathrooms with walk-in showers. Each apartment includes air conditioning, a washing machine, soundproof walls, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and a tea/coffee maker. Kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware. The number of beds per unit ranges from 3 to 7, with configurations of double beds and sofa beds. These apartments are spacious and can comfortably accommodate groups of 4-8 people, but ground-floor units open directly to the street and lack effective curtains or blinds, causing significant light intrusion at night. Noise from the adjacent bar and street traffic is a common concern, especially on lower floors. Some units have issues with noise isolation, old mattress quality, and basic sofa bed comfort.

The property does not have a restaurant, café, or breakfast service. Each apartment is fitted with a kitchenette that includes a refrigerator, microwave, and basic cookware, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. The kitchen equipment can be minimal (e.g., no toaster, limited utensils), so plan for self-catering with basic tools. For dining out, multiple restaurants are located 0.3-0.5 km away, including Chill Restaurante, Orale Compadre, El Pas, Cafeteria Marilyn, Restaurante El Flaco, Taberna El Cortijo, and Tates Pradillo. A supermarket is 200 m away for groceries.
