By day the location is practical for sightseeing-the Colosseum, Roman Forum, Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, and Opera House are all within a short walk. Many restaurants are within 300 metres, and Vatican City, Spanish Steps, and Trevi Fountain are about 15 minutes by public transport.

Rooms are available as single, double (twin or double bed), triple (2 beds, one single and one double), and family (quadruple). All include air conditioning, heating, private bathroom with shower, free toiletries, hairdryer, safe, and a small fridge. The unit beds and towels are provided. Some rooms have a work desk.
