Location

On Rome's popular Via Nazionale shopping street, the hotel is a 10-minute walk from Termini Station, the Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Metro stops on both lines are just a few hundred metres away.
The hotel occupies the third floor of a residential building on Via Nazionale, putting you at the centre of Rome's main shopping district. The lively Monti neighbourhood, filled with wine bars and trattorias, is a five-minute walk away. The Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon are all within a 15- to 20-minute walk. The area feels safe even at night, and the street-level access uses a gated entrance with an intercom. For destinations further afield, metro stations (Repubblica and Cavour) are less than five minutes on foot, making it easy to reach the Vatican or Trastevere without a car.

Accommodation

Air-conditioned rooms with modern furnishings, private bathroom, minibar and satellite TV. Room types include doubles, triples and quadruples, some with two double beds.
Rooms are compact but functional, featuring parquet floors, a work desk, electric kettle, trouser press and safety deposit box. The private bathrooms have marble floors, free toiletries, slippers and a hairdryer. Windows in courtyard-facing rooms keep the space quiet, while street-facing rooms may hear traffic and early-morning breakfast preparation. Soundproofing between rooms is limited, so lighter sleepers should request a room away from the reception and breakfast area. A lift is available (four steps from the entrance). Daily cleaning is provided, though freshness levels vary. No rooms have a balcony.

Dining

A continental breakfast buffet is served from 07:30 to 11:00 daily at an extra charge of 12€. A breakfast box can be arranged for early departures.
The breakfast spread includes sweet and savoury items, fresh pastries, fruit, cereals, and made-to-order cappuccino or espresso. The breakfast area is small, so advance booking of a one-hour slot is required at check-in. For those who prefer a lighter start or want to explore local cafés, the surrounding streets of Monti offer numerous options for coffee and pastries. The hotel also has a coffee shop on site and a snack bar. Lunch and dinner are not served, but the front desk can recommend nearby restaurants; several are within a three-minute walk.

Wellness and Leisure

The hotel does not have a pool or spa, but offers a range of free cultural activities including daily walking tours, a tiramisu workshop and cooking classes.
Wellness facilities are not present on site. Instead, the hotel organises complimentary daily walking tours led by local guides - covering undiscovered Rome, night photo walks and historic highlights. A free tiramisu-making class is available at the sister property nearby. Paid options include bicycle rental and private cooking classes. These activities are a strong alternative for guests who value experience over traditional leisure amenities.

The reception team can arrange private airport transfers (from 50€ for up to 3 passengers, 70€ for one way), book tours and provide local tips. A paid laundry and dry-cleaning service is available. Business facilities (meeting room, fax) are offered for an additional charge. The building has a lift, key-card access and 24-hour security cameras.
