Accommodation includes three types: the King Suite Apartment Balcony with a king-size bed, memory foam bedding, en-suite shower, and a private balcony overlooking the Romantic Zone with partial ocean views; the King Apartment Walkway Patio with a private walkway seating area; and the Basic Queen Suite Interior View, the smallest option with a queen bed and an interior courtyard view (shared table and chairs are available on each floor). All suites include a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, cookware, dining area), air conditioning, ceiling fans, in-room safe, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, and complimentary bottled water. Road-facing King Balcony suites may pick up noise from a nearby bar; interior-view rooms are generally quieter. No elevator is available, so guests with mobility concerns should contact the property in advance to request a lower floor. The property uses a rustic style with exposed wood beams and wrought-iron railings for an authentic local feel.

Sapphire Ocean Club is about a three-block walk from the property and offers a swimming pool on the beach, comfortable lounge chairs, towel service, sun umbrellas, and an international bar serving tropical cocktails, wines, and spirits, plus breakfast and lunch specialties. The daily fee for hotel guests is 100 pesos per person (with a 20% discount applied upon arrival) or 150 pesos for a chair, umbrella, towel, and pool access. The club is pet-friendly and open daily from 9:00 am to sunset. Off-site activities available locally include massage (back, couples, foot, full body, hand, head, neck) at extra cost, as well as diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, snorkeling, and windsurfing (all at additional charge).

Internet access is free in all areas. Free public parking is available at a nearby location but cannot be reserved. Daily housekeeping is provided when the guest places the cleaning sign on the door; otherwise staff will not enter the room. Laundry service costs 140 pesos per load (no in-room washer/dryer). Luggage storage is available for early arrivals or late departures. Air conditioning and ceiling fans are provided in all suites, and the building is non-smoking, with designated outdoor smoking areas.
