The residence sits on Rue George Sand, in the heart of the Passy-Auteuil district - a leafy, upscale neighbourhood that retains a village character with its bakeries, Monoprix supermarket, local restaurants, and boutiques. Jasmin metro station (line 9) is less than three minutes away, providing direct access to Trocadéro, the Champs-Élysées, and Opéra. The Eiffel Tower is about 20 minutes on foot, and Stade Roland Garros and Parc des Princes are within easy walking distance. The area is safe and quiet at night, with street parking on adjoining streets. For car-free travellers, bus lines 22 and 52 and the RER C at Boulainvilliers station add extra connectivity. The immediate neighbourhood has everything needed for a self-catering stay: a bakery, grocery store, a good Italian restaurant across the street, and several other eateries.

All 17 apartments are decorated in a chic, contemporary style with parquet floors and modern furnishings. The smallest are 30 m² studios and one-bedroom units, while the largest family suites reach 75 m² and can sleep up to 8 people. Bedrooms are genuinely separated from living spaces - the Junior Suite and larger suites all have a door between the sleeping area and the sofa bed. The sofa beds use 16 cm thick mattresses; some are double (140 cm or 160 cm wide) and some single (79 cm). The property has a small lift that fits one person and is not available in all buildings - standard 30 m² apartments on the 4th floor are stair-access only. All apartments are air-conditioned and come with free high-speed Wi-Fi. A welcome kit includes coffee capsules, tea, sugar, milk, and a bottle of mineral water. Daily cleaning is included, with towel and linen changes every three days. The bathrooms vary: some have a walk-in Italian shower, others a large bathtub with a hand-held shower head. Some older units have noisy parquet floors and a dated feel, but the décor is generally charming and makes you feel like a local Parisian resident. The second bed (sofa bed) is adequate for children but can be less comfortable for adults on longer stays.

The residence does not have its own restaurant or breakfast room. A voucher-based breakfast is offered in partnership with Le Polo, located a few doors away. The voucher covers a hot drink, a pastry or half-baguette with butter and jam, and scrambled eggs - a very basic continental option. The restaurant does not serve breakfast before 9:00, which may conflict with early sightseeing plans. For a better start to the day, a high-quality boulangerie is literally around the corner (opens at 7:00) and the Monoprix supermarket opens at 8:00, offering a far wider choice for less money. Dinner can be ordered in via a grocery delivery service, or you can walk to the Italian restaurant directly across the street, plus several other traditional Parisian bistros within a 2-minute walk. The apartment kitchens are fully equipped with hob, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, and Nespresso machine, making self-catering genuinely easy.

The residence does not include any wellness or leisure facilities. For outdoor relaxation, the Bois de Boulogne and Parc des Princes are within a 15-20 minute walk. The inner courtyard garden is a small, pleasant space where you can sit with a book or plan your day. Roland Garros tennis stadium is also easily reached on foot. If you need a gym, there are private fitness centres in the surrounding streets - the reception team can provide local recommendations.

The property is fully secured with several code locks and CCTV surveillance 24 hours a day. Each apartment has individual air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a safe. Reception is staffed weekdays 10-12 and 15-17, but the team is contactable by phone or WhatsApp outside those hours for emergencies. Luggage storage is available for a fee of €10 per item. A free laundry room with four washing machines and two dryers is in the basement (detergent must be bought). For families, baby cots (€15/night with linen), high chairs, and a small bathtub are provided. Parking has no designated on-site spaces, but two private spaces in a nearby car park can be reserved for a fee. The nearest public parking is SAEMES Porte d'Auteuil or Sainte-Perrine. For airport transfers, no shuttle is available; a taxi or Aubert driver can be arranged. The lift is very small (one person) and only serves certain blocks.
