LE NOMAD BY SWEETT, Paris

Le Nomad By Sweett is set in a calm residential quarter overlooking a small green square. The Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre is 2 km away, the Eiffel Tower is 2 km away, and the Orsay Museum is 3 km away. Orly Airport is 13 km away. Numerous restaurants, bars, cafés, supermarkets (Carrefour) and bakeries are within a 2-10 minute walk. The neighbourhood feels safe and family-friendly, and guests find it convenient for both business (conferences at Paris Convention Centre) and tourism.

Each studio features a private bathroom with a bath or shower, hairdryer, and free toiletries. The kitchenette includes a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, and all necessary cookware. Rooms have air conditioning, heating, a dining table, a wardrobe, a flat-screen TV, and ironing facilities. Some studios include a balcony, often with views of the square or even the Eiffel Tower. Soundproofing varies: many rooms are quiet, but some road-facing or ground-floor units may experience noise from the street or corridor. Room size is generally good by Paris standards, though bathrooms and kitchenettes can feel compact. Mattresses are widely described as comfortable.

The property does not offer breakfast or a restaurant. Each studio includes a full kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee machine, allowing guests to prepare their own meals. Complimentary tea, coffee pods, and bottled water are available in the reception area for self-service. The surrounding residential streets hold a wide choice of restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and bars within a 0.5 km radius - including Le Petit 15, Select Bar, Jamais nuit, Pho Won, Khao Tip, and several others. A Carrefour supermarket is a 2-minute walk away for groceries.
