The Metromover, bus routes (including the airport bus number 20), and the free trolley all stop within a short walk, making it easy to reach Brickell, the Design District, and Miami Beach. Miami International Airport is 13 km away. Several grocery stores and casual restaurants such as Kush Wynwood are within 0.5 km. The immediate block includes auto shops and industrial lots, and the surrounding streets are less active at night, so walking after dark may feel uncomfortable for some.

Rooms are compact, with dormitories often fitting 6 bunk beds in very tight spaces, leaving limited room for luggage. Triple rooms contain 2 beds. All rooms have air conditioning (which may be noisy) and soundproofing, though noise from the adjacent nightclub can still be loud until early morning. Top bunks are close to the ceiling, and some rooms lack windows. Shared bathroom facilities include showers; there are typically 2-3 bathrooms for the entire property, which can feel limited during peak occupancy. Lockers are available in common areas, not inside the rooms.

The communal kitchen is stocked with cookware and appliances, including an air fryer, good-quality pans, and an instant hot water dispenser, making self-catering convenient. A refrigerator is available for food storage. Several restaurants and a Smoothie King are within a 5-minute walk, including Kush Wynwood. The shared lounge and outdoor patio offer dining space.

The garden and patio areas provide outdoor seating and barbecue grills, creating a social space for guests. Inside, the shared lounge/TV area is used for the complimentary evening entertainment, karaoke, and movie nights. Board games and puzzles are also available. There is no pool, spa, or gym on site.
