Venice Marco Polo Airport is 18 km away. The surrounding area offers numerous dining options within 300-500 m, including Ai Mercanti, Chat Qui Rit, Vino Vino, and Dal Moro's Fresh Pasta. While the location is ideal for sightseeing on foot, the apartment can be very difficult to find even with GPS; requesting detailed directions from the host before arrival is strongly advised. The narrow street in front is used for early-morning deliveries, which may create noise.

The apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed, one separate bedroom, and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, oven, kettle, and cookware. Air conditioning and heating are present, but functionality has been unreliable, with units reported as not working or poorly maintained. The bathroom has a shower and bidet, but the toilet seat can be loose, the sink may clog, the door does not always lock, and there are no hooks or shelves for towels or clothes. Noise is a recurring concern - the water heater is loud and the apartment is not well soundproofed, with noise from neighbours and early deliveries. The bedroom has limited natural light, and the bedroom light switch may not work. Mosquitoes have been an issue, even with windows closed.

Luggage storage is not available on-site but can be arranged at a hotel close to the apartment. No parking is available; Venice is best accessed on foot from the water-bus stops or the train station. No reception is present on the property; cleaning frequency and housekeeping are not regularly scheduled, and the apartment has frequently been reported as not cleaned between stays, with dirty floors, dusty surfaces, and stained linens and towels. The bathroom odour from sewer or mould is a recurring issue. The owner has sometimes been unresponsive to requests for repairs or assistance.
