The hotel is 23 km from Don Mueang International Airport. Rajprarop Airport Rail Link station is a 15-minute walk away, and Chit Lom BTS station is about 15 minutes on foot - a 10-minute walk to a nearby tube station. Central World, Big C, Siam Paragon, Platinum Mall, and Pratunam Market are all within a 10-15 minute walk. The area is quiet and feels safe despite being close to busy streets. Numerous street food stalls, money changers, convenience stores (7-Eleven), and local restaurants are just around the corner. Taxis to Sukhumvit cost approximately 200 THB.

Room types include twin, double, triple, and family rooms - all with private bathrooms, air conditioning, parquet floors, flat-screen TV with cable channels, tea and coffee facilities, refrigerator, safe deposit box, and hairdryer. Family rooms sleep up to 5 (2 adults + 3 children under 10) with 2 beds and 1 futon; no extra beds can be added. Balconies are not available. Some rooms show signs of age (dated furniture, worn fixtures) and road-facing rooms can be noisy. The elevator reaches floors 1-6; rooms on the 7th floor require using stairs.

P2 Boutique does not have its own restaurant. A buffet breakfast can be purchased (check room rates for inclusion). The surrounding streets offer a wide variety of affordable Thai restaurants and street food stalls - Pondtip, tem-Im, Khaomankai Ton Pratunam, and Andhra Restaurant are all within 0.5 km. Shopping malls (Central World, Big C) also have extensive food courts. For those who prefer self-catering, rooms include an electric kettle and refrigerator.

The hotel offers paid massage treatments on request. There are no spa or wellness facilities, and there is no swimming pool or gym. Several independent massage shops are located nearby on the same street for alternative options.
