The alley location keeps nights quiet, but taxis may struggle to find the entrance; it is helpful to have the hotel name and a map ready. A 7-Eleven is a 3-4 minute walk away.

Accommodation ranges from Standard Double and Twin rooms to Family rooms and balcony options. Rooms with 'Sweet Breeze' or balcony types provide direct river views; standard rooms without 'balcony' in the name face the back of the hotel. Family rooms include three beds.
