The bus stop at San Domenico is a 10-minute walk, while Siena Train Station is 3 km away (a 30-40-minute walk uphill, or a 10-minute taxi ride for around €12). Because the property sits within the ZTL, driving directly to the door is not permitted; however, a valet parking service handles vehicle drop-off and pick-up seamlessly, and several restaurants and cafés are within 300 metres.

Each room includes a private bathroom with a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, a flat-screen satellite TV, a seating area, and an electric kettle. Some rooms offer a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. The superior room type can accommodate a double bed and a single bed, and is large enough to store a bicycle inside. The property is on the ground floor with only six entrance steps, and all rooms are on the same level, making it accessible for those with limited mobility. No rooms have a balcony.
