PANKI 3 DELUXE CENTRAL APARTMENT, Florence

This apartment sits in the historic centre, placing most major sights within a leisurely walk: the Uffizi Gallery, Piazza del Duomo, and the train station are all close. The area is lively yet the unit itself is on a quieter street. Several restaurants, cafés, and a supermarket are just steps away. Access to the ZTL zone requires parking in a paid garage; the nearby Quick Garage Centrale (Via dei Fossi) is a practical option. The central location makes it ideal for sightseeing without needing local transport.

The apartment comprises a living room with sofa and parquet flooring, two separate bedrooms, and two bathrooms with bath or shower and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully fitted with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, kettle, and cookware, plus a washing machine and dryer. Additional amenities include a dining area, work desk, tea/coffee maker, flat-screen TV, and ironing facilities. The unit has four beds, making it suitable for families or groups. Road-facing rooms are noted as generally quiet given the side street position. Those who prefer absolute silence may appreciate the overall spacious and calm feel, although the apartment is on the first floor (20 steps up, no lift).

The apartment's kitchen is stocked with all essentials (oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle) plus a washing machine, making self-catering straightforward. A Pam supermarket is located a stone's throw away for groceries. For those who prefer dining out, numerous restaurants-including La Spada, L'Osteria di Giovanni, and Ristorante Buca Mario-are all within 0.5 km. A breakfast bar is literally downstairs, offering a quick morning option. The area provides easy access to both casual and finer dining choices.

The property offers free Wi-Fi in all areas, along with express check-in/check-out and private check-in for convenience. Luggage storage is available but only on a short-term basis (until the new guests' arrival). Parking is possible at a nearby public garage (Quick Garage Centrale, starting at €30/day) and must be reserved; an electric vehicle charging station is also on site. Accessible parking is available. Bicycle rental is offered for an additional charge. Safety features include fire extinguishers and smoke alarms. Baby cots can be requested, but are limited to three units.
