PARISA SUITE, Rome

Parisa Suite is on a side street of the main Termini road, putting you within a 5-minute walk of Termini Station and its metro lines (Vittorio Emanuele is 6 minutes on foot). The Colosseum is 2 km away or a 19-minute walk. Rome Ciampino Airport is 14 km away; buses from the airport stop right near the property. The immediate area is busy, with direct access to public transport, but travelers walking after dark should stay alert, especially around the station perimeter.

Rooms include a private bathroom with a bath, shower, and hairdryer. Each unit has a kitchen with a stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, and kitchenware. Air conditioning and heating are available. Some rooms have city views, one has garden views, and a family room has three beds. The mattress has been reported as sagging in the center, and some furniture, bathroom fixtures, and decorative elements show wear. The room interiors are older in style and may not match the promotional photos. The hot tub is a focal point but takes up bathroom space and has shown maintenance issues, including limited functionality and internal cleanliness of the jets.

There is no breakfast service or restaurant at the property. Each room is equipped with a kitchen (stovetop, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and utensils) for preparing meals. Welcome snacks, tea, coffee, and bottled water are provided in the room. Within a 5-minute walk there are numerous dining options including Italian, Korean, and Vietnamese restaurants.

The main wellness feature is a private in-room hydro-massage bathtub (Jacuzzi) available in some room types. This tub takes up most of the bathroom space. The hydro-massagejets have been reported as releasing dirty water and having limited functionality. The unit should be considered a basic tub rather than a full spa experience. Other rooms have a standard bath. No pool, gym, or other leisure facilities are available on site.

WiFi is free and available throughout the property. Luggage storage is offered before check-in and after check-out. Daily housekeeping is provided, though the consistency of this service has varied. The property uses electronic key card and key access with a safety deposit box. A lift serves the building. Self check-in is detailed via video instructions. The host communicates through WhatsApp and is responsive. No parking is available on site.
