The hostel is on Republica de Brasil 11, steps from the main square and the Metropolitan Cathedral (300 m). The Fine Arts Palace is a 9-minute walk. Allende Metro Station is 500 m away, providing direct access to Chapultepec Park (6 km) and other districts. The area is well-lit and patrolled, making it feel safe for walking at night. Numerous restaurants, convenience stores (Oxxo, 7-Eleven), and bakeries are within a 5-minute radius. An Uber to the airport costs approximately $130 MXN.

Dormitories are available in 4-, 6-, and 8-bed configurations, each with lockers (bring your own lock) and no privacy curtains. Bunk beds are sturdy, but lower bunks are low and may be uncomfortable for taller guests. Private rooms include twin or double-bed options with either private or shared bathroom. Some private rooms have external windows and city views; others have only internal windows, limiting natural light and ventilation. All rooms have wardrobes, free toiletries, and colourful decor with local artwork. Daily housekeeping changes linens and cleans the room. Ceiling fans are standard; in rooms with high ceilings, airflow may be weak. Noise from the street and other guests can be audible, so light sleepers may prefer a room away from common areas.

The shared kitchen is fully equipped with fridges, stoves, and utensils; cooking pots are available upon request at reception. The kitchen is closed for cleaning daily from 12:00 to 14:00. Free coffee and tea are available from 7:00 to 22:00 in the common area. Breakfast may be available as an optional addition for some room bookings-check availability when selecting dates. The surrounding streets offer a wide variety of local Mexican restaurants, fast food, and bakeries, all within a 5-minute walk.

The rooftop terrace provides outdoor seating with tables and chairs, suitable for relaxing or small gatherings; it can be reserved for private events. The shared lounge offers a comfortable space with a TV for socialising or watching sports. The hostel arranges city tours at reasonable prices. No swimming pool or spa facilities are present. The central location is ideal for walking to historic sights, and the metro provides access to Chapultepec Park and museums.

Wi-Fi is free in common areas; it may not reach all rooms. The 24-hour front desk assists with tour bookings, taxi arrangements, and general inquiries.
