The hotel sits on Collins Avenue, a major north-south route, one block from the beach. A free Miami Beach trolley stops right outside and runs to Lincoln Road (7km away) and South Beach. Publix supermarket, several eateries (Domino's, Gino's Bottega Italiana, Sand Bar+Kitchen) and a Walgreens are all within a 5- to 10-minute walk. A large children's playground lies right at the beach access point. Miami International Airport is 19km away; taxi or rideshare is the recommended transfer since no single bus or hotel shuttle serves the route. The neighbourhood is calmer than South Beach, with lower traffic at night except for the constant road noise on Collins Avenue itself.

All 42 rooms are configured as Junior Suites and can sleep up to four people with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. A kitchen with a two-burner stovetop, microwave, full-size fridge, coffee maker, cookware and a dining table is included. The private bathroom features a rain shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Additional amenities include air conditioning (with silent mode), a safe, cable TV, Wi-Fi (charges apply) and ironing facilities. Rooms have no balcony. Road-facing units can experience traffic noise; pool-facing rooms are quieter. The property is wheelchair-accessible, with first-floor rooms available. Beds are comfortable, though some units have older furniture and squeaky frames. Kitchens are well stocked for self-catering.

No dining facilities exist on-site - no restaurant, breakfast, bar or café. Vending machines for drinks and snacks are available. The adjacent street offers several dining options within a 5-minute walk, including Muncheez, Varanda's Brasil Restaurant and Sand Bar+Kitchen. Publix supermarket (5 minutes on foot) supplies groceries for cooking in the room's full kitchen. Seating is available in the room's dining area. The resort fee does not include any meal service.

The hotel's heated outdoor swimming pool operates daily from 08:30 to 20:00. The pool area is surrounded by a garden with sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor seating, making it suitable for relaxing after the beach. Two beach lounge chairs per room are included at no extra cost, collected from the affiliated Esteban's Place stand under the blue-and-white umbrellas on the beach (beach towel provided). A public bath is available on-site. Free bicycle rental lets you explore the neighbourhood. There is no spa or wellness centre. The pool closes at 20:00, which means no evening swimming after dark.

A 24-hour front desk handles late check-ins, luggage storage is free, and daily housekeeping is included. Safety features include key-card access, CCTV throughout, a safe in every room, and a security alarm. Laundry is available for an additional charge, and fax/photocopying is free. The resort fee ($17.10per night) covers Wi-Fi in rooms, two beach lounge chairs and towels, and in-room coffee. Internet in rooms has been reported as unreliable for video calls; the lobby area offers better connectivity.
