The apartment sits in a quiet, safe residential street with a bus stop directly outside the building. Battistini Metro Station is 2 km away, providing a three-stop ride to St. Peter's. Supermarkets (Carrefour, Pewex), restaurants, cafés, a bank and a pharmacy are within a 2-5 minute walk. Fiumicino Airport is 24 km away; buses from the nearby stop also serve the airport. The on-site parking garage makes the location equally practical for those arriving by car.

Each unit features a private bathroom with a spacious shower, a tea and coffee maker, a flat-screen TV and individually controlled air conditioning and heating. The studio has one large bed, a sofa bed, a dressing area and a fully equipped kitchen; the one-bedroom apartment adds a separate living room, a second bedroom and a full-size kitchen with a dishwasher. Windows are well-insulated and face an inner courtyard, keeping the rooms quiet. The interior is spotless, with new furniture, curtains, shutters and modern bathroom fixtures.
