The hostel sits directly opposite Königstrasse S-Bahn station, making it ideal for car-free exploration. Reeperbahn is a 15-minute walk or one S-Bahn stop away. Hamburg's port, fish market, and Landungsbrücken are within a 5-minute walk. The main shopping street Mönckebergstraße is 7 minutes by U-Bahn. A supermarket is 300 metres away, and a range of restaurants (El Brujito, Sait Koez, Croque Master, Asia Hub, Bergtags) are within 0.5 km. Hamburg Central Station is 4 km away; the A1 motorway is a 10-minute drive. The area is convenient for nightlife and waterfront access, but is quieter than the Reeperbahn core. The location is practical for long-term stays given the nearby shopping and transport.

Accommodation is adults-only (no children). Dormitories have wooden bunk beds; private double rooms (15-20 m2) and quadruple rooms (30 m2) contain two beds or five beds respectively. All room types share two common bathrooms (male and female) per floor. Lockers are provided, but some are broken; bringing a padlock is advisable. Private rooms include a kitchenette with stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and barbecue on the terrace, plus a TV with streaming services and a minibar. Dormitory access provides a shared kitchen and common areas. A €5 fee applies for bed linen and towel rental if not brought. Rooms are basic but spacious for a hostel; noise can occur from other guests, especially long-term residents. The property does not have single-gender female-only dormitories.
