The area is rich in dining options, with eight restaurants, including Taverna Dyonisos and Mustafa's Gemuse Kebap, all within 0.5 km. A supermarket is also a short walk away. While the location is excellent for public transport and exploring on foot, rooms facing the street can be subject to traffic noise, making courtyard-facing rooms a quieter alternative. The Tegel Airport is 9 km away, and the bus stop located directly outside the building serves airport routes.

Accommodation options include single rooms with one bed, double rooms with shared bathroom facilities, and larger apartments with two bedrooms, a living room, and a private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV, a seating area, and a coffee machine; apartment-style units also include an electric kettle and a kitchenette with a microwave.
