The pension is located in the lively Prenzlauer Berg district, directly opposite the Schönhauser Allee U-Bahn station (300 m). The Kultur Brauerei entertainment complex and Schönhauser Allee Shopping Centre are both within a 10-minute walk, while numerous cafés, restaurants and supermarkets (such as the grocery store right across the street) are immediately on hand. The location offers a quiet courtyard setting despite being central; however, street parking is limited and paid, so public transport is the most practical way to get around. Central Berlin attractions are easily reached by U-Bahn or tram.

Rooms vary by configuration: single, double, and an apartment with a combined living/sleeping area plus a separate small bedroom and open-plan kitchen. All rooms include modern furniture, a flat-screen TV, parquet flooring, heating, a sitting area, a dining table, and hot drinks facilities with an electric kettle. A refrigerator is standard. Most rooms are spacious and quiet, especially those facing the courtyard, though walls can be thin and noise from neighbouring rooms or the shared kitchen is possible. The private bathrooms are compact; some rooms have a private bathroom in the hallway rather than en-suite. Certain rooms (e.g., ground-floor, no. 7) have very small bathrooms with limited storage. The property provides daily cleaning for some rooms and fresh towels every two days.

The pension does not serve breakfast or operate a restaurant or bar. A small shared kitchen in the corridor includes a microwave, stove, refrigerator, dishes, and cookware - suitable for basic meal preparation. Several supermarkets and a bakery are steps away for groceries. The surrounding streets of Prenzlauer Berg offer a wide selection of cafés, bistros, and restaurants (e.g., Naschpunkt, Zuckerstuck, Nordsee, Omoni, Dean & David) all within 0.3-0.5 km. For dining out, the area provides ample variety within a short walk.
