The area is practical for both sightseeing and daily errands, with a bike-friendly layout and easy access to public transport. Note that street-facing apartments can experience significant traffic noise, especially at night, while courtyard-facing rooms are quieter.

Each apartment features a separate bedroom with one double bed (in some cases two single beds pushed together), a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries, and a fully equipped kitchenette.
