PENSION TERMINO, Madrid

The hotel sits on a main road in the Tetuán area, with the metro station directly outside. From here, the city centre (Gran Vía, Plaza Mayor) is about a 30-minute metro ride. Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport is 14 km away and easily reached by metro via Chamartín station (3 km). The immediate neighbourhood has many shops, cafés, and supermarkets. Some rooms facing the street can experience traffic noise; courtyard-facing rooms are markedly quieter.

Single, double, and twin rooms are available. All rooms have tiled floors, heating, and a private bathroom with either a shower or bath, plus a hairdryer. Single rooms have an inner-courtyard view and one single bed; double rooms have city views and one double bed; twin rooms have an inner-courtyard view and two single beds. The property is older and basic in style but well-maintained. Rooms are kept very clean, with daily housekeeping and fresh towels. The air conditioning works effectively and is free of charge. Road-facing rooms can be noisy due to traffic and a nearby bar; requesting an inner-courtyard room is recommended for a quieter stay.

There is no restaurant or breakfast at the hotel. A café on the ground floor offers a convenient spot for a quick coffee or light bite. The surrounding streets are lined with casual eateries, including Pizza Jardin, a tapas bar, and several other restaurants all within 300 metres. A supermarket is also within walking distance for self-catering supplies.

The hotel offers practical services for a hassle-free stay. Free Wi-Fi is available in all areas. The 24-hour front desk provides concierge services, tour desk assistance, and express check-in/check-out. Luggage storage is free, useful for early arrivals or late departures. Laundry is available at an additional charge. Security features include 24-hour security, CCTV, key card access, and fire extinguishers. The self-check-in process for late arrivals is clearly communicated by staff. There is no lift on the property, so mobility-impaired travellers should consider ground-floor room availability on request.
