PENSION TERUEL, Barcelona

The property is just a 2-minute walk from Plaza Catalunya Metro and Train Station, providing direct rail connections across the city and to the airport. The airport bus stop for Barcelona El Prat is a 5-minute walk away. Several bars, restaurants, and shops are within a 5-minute walk, and Barcelona Cathedral is 10 minutes away. Passeig de Gracia Boulevard, with its high-end shopping and Gaudí monuments, is 600 metres from the property. A Carrefour supermarket is located directly below the building.

Rooms come with central heating, a flat-screen TV, and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have a private bathroom and a balcony, while others may have shared facilities. Air conditioning is available for a supplement, but some have reported it is not always effective. Rooms near the street can be noisy, especially on weekends, but some rooms facing the interior courtyard are quieter. Wardrobes are provided, and some rooms have access to a shared fridge, kettle, and microwave. The general condition is worn, with old furniture and small bathrooms. For a compact, budget-friendly base in the city centre, the accommodation is functional, but those seeking modern comfort may wish to look elsewhere.

Breakfast is not included or offered as a standard service; guests should use the shared kitchenette (kettle, microwave, fridge) or visit one of the many bars and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. The ground-floor Carrefour supermarket provides easy access to snacks and drinks. A variety of dining options are available in the immediate area, including cafes and restaurants such as Cafe Escac, Flax & Kale, and traditional Spanish eateries.

Pensión Teruel does not have a spa, wellness centre, or swimming pool. The property is focused on providing basic accommodation; for leisure activities, guests should explore the many attractions within walking distance, such as Las Ramblas, the Boqueria Market, and the Gothic Quarter.
