Direct trains reach the city centre in about 15-20 minutes, making it easy to access major sights without car reliance. The airport is a 20-minute taxi ride. Supermarkets and a few local eateries are within a 5-minute walk; a wider selection is in Horta, about 15 minutes on foot. Bus stops and the metro are close, and the area feels safe to walk at night.

All rooms feature a private bathroom with a hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, and soundproof windows. Some rooms include a patio or terrace with mountain views. Twin/double rooms have two single beds. The property has a lift. The building shows some age, and some rooms are compact, especially the single rooms. While some bathrooms appear dated, daily housekeeping is provided. Extra beds for a third guest are available at a charge of 25 EUR. No rooms have balconies or kitchenettes.
