Pierhouse Bed & Breakfast offers several accommodation options. The Sea Level suite, located in the back half of ground floor, is a 1 bedroom studio apartment style suite, with a small kitchen, private bathroom, living room, and private entrance. Guests will find a full bath with shower along with a bonus suite in the back half of house. The Deckside Room, located on west side of house, features a full bath with jetted tub and a private balcony with sunset views on northwest corner of house, with lots of natural sunlight . The Pier Breeze Room, located on west side of house, includes a full bath with jetted tub. Some rooms feature a patio or a balcony and decks that wrap around 3 sides of house that allow for views of ocean and sound. The home has three bedrooms with queen beds or full sized beds in each and two full bathrooms. A sliding glass door opens to a large deck that overlooks the pool with a view of ocean and Avalon Pier. The SE bedroom has a full bath that also opens to common area, and direct access to east deck.

Guests can enjoy dinner in restaurant, drinks in one of 2 bars, or live music on outside deck all summer. Mike suggests the Fish & Chips or Catch of the Day.

Amenities include a fishing pier on the river, as well as a 50 ft boat dock on side canal, all right on the property. Very casual ocean front: Enjoy food and drinks and live music at the Tiki Bar with indoor or deck seating.
