AU PETIT HOTEL, Quebec City

The hotel sits on a quiet cobblestone side street, yet is steps away from the vibrant Rue St-Jean and Rue St-Louis, packed with shops and restaurants. All major landmarks of the upper town are easily reachable on foot, including Dufferin Terrace and the Citadelle. The excellent walkability reduces the need for a car, and the on-site parking makes it easy to explore the city without moving the vehicle. Numerous dining options are within a 2-minute walk, including Le Saint-Amour and La Buche.

Accommodation ranges from standard rooms to studios with kitchenettes equipped with a stove, microwave, kettle, and utensils - ideal for self-catering. Top-floor rooms are notably spacious, with some offering two separate sleeping areas. All rooms are non-smoking, with heating and air conditioning. The decor is simple but charming, with clean, comfortable furnishings. Note that there is no lift; all rooms are accessed via stairs. Some rooms have a private terrace. The property is generally quiet, especially rooms facing the inner courtyard.

The hotel does not have its own restaurant or breakfast service. For meals, numerous restaurants are less than 400 metres away, including Bello Ristorante, Le Saint-Amour, Cafe de Paris, and La Buche. Many rooms come with a kitchenette, allowing guests to prepare breakfast or simple meals using the provided cookware and utensils. Several cafés and bakeries are also nearby for morning coffee and pastries.

The hotel focuses on providing comfortable accommodation and a central location rather than leisure amenities. Guests seeking spa or pool facilities should plan their stay around the many attractions and activities within walking distance.
