PISO COMPLETO CENTRO DE VALENCIA, Valencia

The apartment is large and suitable for groups, featuring a terrace, balcony, air conditioning, a washing machine, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and storing food. However, the furniture and appliances are dated and show wear-broken blinds, loose sockets, and a non-functional TV are common. The beds are old, with spring mattresses that are uncomfortable and deformed. Cleanliness is a frequent issue; dust, dirty linens, and cockroaches have been reported in the kitchen. The apartment has a persistent musty smell, and some rooms are affected by tobacco odor from the building. The only advantage is the space, but the poor condition of the fixtures and the lack of maintenance make it suitable only for those who need a large base and are willing to overlook significant discomfort.

Located 2 km from Norte Train Station and a 15-minute walk from Valencia Botanical Gardens, the apartment is well placed for city exploration. Bioparc Valencia is 3 km away, and Valencia Airport is 6 km distant. The immediate area is lively, with multiple bars and restaurants within 0.3-0.5 km, including Bacano's Bar, Bar Milan, and La Cocina de Juanry. This convenience comes at a cost: the apartment sits directly above a nightclub and on a large avenue, making inside noise levels extremely high from the music and street traffic until 5-6 am.

The kitchen is equipped for cooking and food storage, allowing self-catering. For those wanting to eat out, there are over eight restaurants and bars within a five-minute walk, offering varied cuisines such as the nearby Restaurante Chino Barbacoa 360, Restaurante Milan, and Tasca Mama Rosa. The kitchen's condition and cleaning level may make self-catering less appealing; guests should consider relying on the local dining options for meals.

Parking is not available on site; guests arriving by car must find paid street parking. There is no internet access; mobile data is necessary. Staff communication is minimal: the owner is difficult to reach after check-in, and keys must be picked up from a nearby bar. The cleaning crew may enter and remove belongings around 12:00, even if a later check-out is advertised. The property has a washing machine but no known luggage storage service.
