PORTICO SEVILLA, Seville

The apartment includes a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, dining area, and flat-screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator, cookware, and complimentary starter items such as oil, salt, sugar, water, and sometimes ice cream. Air conditioning keeps the space cool even in high summer temperatures. The bathroom has a shower (or bathtub in some units) and includes free toiletries, shampoo, and shower gel. A washing machine, wardrobe, tea and coffee maker, and a balcony with a quiet street view are also provided. The sofa bed is functional for occasional use but may feel firmer for longer stays.

The apartment is a 1-minute walk from Santa Justa station, making it ideal for rail travellers or those connecting to the airport shuttle bus (stop directly in front of the building). The city centre, Barrio Santa Cruz, and major sites like Plaza de España (3 km) and the Cathedral are reachable within a 15-25 minute walk or a short bus ride from the stop outside. A large supermarket (Mercadona) is across the street, and several restaurants, tapas bars, and a pharmacy are within a 2-5 minute walk. Public transport connections are excellent: bus stops serve both the city centre and the airport, and the area is accessible by rental car.
