A Sevici bike-sharing station is 100 metres from the property, and the nearest Renfe Cercanías station (Bellavista) is a reasonable walk. For drivers, free street parking is available in surrounding streets and an open field nearby, though spaces can be limited, especially on weekends. Taxis to the centre cost around €10-15 and take roughly 10-15 minutes. Several restaurants, bars, and a supermarket (Mercadona) are within a 5-10 minute walk, and the Benito Villamarín football stadium is a 20-minute bus ride away.

All 85 apartments are 30-35 m² studios split across two three-storey buildings with lift access.
