Plenty of shops and supermarkets are within a 2-minute walk, and a variety of local bars and restaurants are within 0.5 km. The area offers easy street parking and is well-connected by public transport without the noise of the tourist core.

The apartment is a single open-plan space rather than a studio with a separate bedroom, but it provides a comfortable and well-equipped living area. It includes air conditioning, a washing machine, a flat-screen TV, and a tea and coffee maker. The kitchen features a refrigerator, microwave, and hob (no oven). The private bathroom includes a hairdryer. The standout feature is the large terrace with city views and a jacuzzi, consistently praised as the best part of the property. The apartment sleeps two with two beds and feels clean, cosy, and well appointed.

The kitchen comes with a refrigerator, microwave, hob, and washing machine, along with a tea and coffee maker. The host often provides starter supplies such as coffee capsules, olive oil, salt, and sometimes pastries. Several local eateries are within 0.5 km, including Jaizkibel, Domino's Pizza, Bar Plas Plas, and Tataskas Bar, offering a range of easy meal options.

The terrace is the property's main leisure asset, offering a jacuzzi and ample space to relax with panoramic views. It is described as even better in reality than in photos, providing a peaceful retreat away from tourist crowds. The area also has a garden, and the tram connection makes it easy to reach Malvarrosa Beach in about 30 minutes.
