PRIMOPIANO - ASTICO, Milan

The apartment sits in a calm residential neighbourhood with a supermarket, pizzeria, pharmacy, and several budget-friendly restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The bus 44 stop is almost outside the building and runs to the Gorla metro station (line 1), which reaches the city centre in about 20 minutes. Gorla metro is also a 15-minute walk. Free street parking exists but spaces are scarce. Milan Linate Airport is 10 km away; Lambrate Station is 4 km.

The apartment sleeps two adults with a king-size bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. The private bathroom includes a hairdryer, and the fully equipped kitchen features a stovetop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and tea/coffee maker. A washing machine is also provided. The property feels more spacious than expected, with plenty of wardrobe storage and a bright, clean interior. The balcony adds extra living space. The building has a lift and the entire apartment is non-smoking. Road-facing rooms are quiet given the residential street.

The apartment does not have a restaurant or breakfast service. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests to prepare their own meals using groceries from the MD supermarket located 100 m away. Several cheap restaurants including Trattoria Pinocchio (0.5 km) and Mani in Pasta (0.5 km) are within walking distance for dining out. This setup suits travellers wanting self-catering flexibility or a quick meal nearby.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment at no extra cost and is strong enough for streaming. The building has a lift, making luggage management convenient. No parking is available on the property, though free street parking may occasionally be found. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is strictly non-smoking. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out by 10:00. An invoice is provided upon request.
